Please note that the Chefman Warming Urn® was produced under Jewish ownership and does not require tevillah provided that it has remained under Jewish ownership. For more details, see the Halachic treatise.
The urn’s revolutionary design and cyclical algorithm automatically keeps water hot over Shabbos and even allows for water to be added on Yom Tov. In addition, a first-of-its-kind child safety lock offers true peace of mind. The urn also comes with a specially designed lid and tray that allows dry foods to be placed on Shabbos, a pull-up button cover to use when in Shabbos Mode, and a unique water gauge constructed to avoid potential halachic issues.

Yes, it is completely detachable. The lid needs to be detached in order to fill the unit with water.
When the urn is set to Shabbos mode, it will continue to boil using a cyclical algorithm, that won’t be impacted by the temperature of the water or other external factors.
When in “Default Mode” the water reboils when the thermostat detects a drop in temperature. When in “Shabbos Mode” the water will reboil automatically at set intervals.
It will depend on how much water is in the tank. If the tank is filled to the max line it will take about 40 minutes.
No. We do no recommend using this urn for any other liquid, as this can damage the unit.
